Refund policy

Spec21 Reach Pro is $10 a month. Payments go through Paddle, our reseller, so refunds are paid by Paddle to the card or account you paid with.

Your first payment

If Pro is not for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked.

After that

Cancel any time from Billing in the console. You are not charged again, and Pro stays on until the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund part of a month already started, unless the service did not work as described for a long stretch of it: then write to us and we will make it right.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account's address, or reply to Paddle's receipt email. Refunds usually reach your card within 5 to 10 working days of approval.

Your legal rights

This policy does not take away any right to a refund you have under the law where you live.
