These terms cover your use of Spec21 Reach, the service at app.spec21.co, and of spec21.co. They are run by Spec21 Labs, the trading name of its founder, an individual based in India (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].
What Spec21 Reach does
Spec21 Reach is an AI marketing agent for websites. It audits the sites you add, reads the Google Search Console data you share with it, tracks the searches you choose, answers your questions in the console, and drafts content and fixes for you to review. It never publishes on your site or posts to your social accounts by itself: you decide what to use.
Your account
- Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Add only websites you own or manage, and share only Search Console properties you are allowed to share.
- One person or business per free account. Do not create accounts to get around plan limits.
Acceptable use
Do not use Spec21 to break the law, to send spam, to scan or overload sites you do not control (the free site check on app.spec21.co included), to probe our systems, or to resell the service without our written agreement. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why when we can.
Plans and payment
- The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on the pricing section of app.spec21.co. We may change free limits with notice in the console.
- Pro is $10 a month, billed in advance each month until you cancel. Paddle.com is our reseller and the merchant of record: it takes the payment, adds any sales tax due where you live, and sends the invoice. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the payment.
- You can cancel any time from Billing in the console. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to Free. Refunds follow the refund policy.
- If we change the Pro price, we will email you at least 30 days before your next payment at the new price.
Your content
Your sites, data, messages and the drafts made for you stay yours. You give us the rights we need to run the service for you: to store them, to process them, and to send them to the providers listed in the privacy policy (for example, the AI model that writes drafts). Drafts are suggestions written by software: check them before you use them. You are responsible for what you publish.
No guarantees
Search rankings depend on Google and on many things outside our control. We do not promise any ranking, traffic or sales. The service is provided as it is; we work to keep it running and correct, but it may have errors or downtime.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your account
You can stop using Spec21 at any time; write to [email protected] to have your account and its data deleted. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut Spec21 down, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund any unused paid time.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; for changes that matter we will email you before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts have jurisdiction, without taking away any consumer rights you have where you live.
